The third meeting of the sections of the international scientific-practical seminar "Modelling of production technologies" SiMaTech-2015 will be held in the conference hall of the laboratory GAMMETT (1-433) from 10:00 to 16:00 September 22, 2015.

It will be a live broadcast on channel workshop Youtube, as well as several reports of foreign participants on Skype.

During the period from 17 to 31 August 2015 the laboratory staff Gammett Gainetdinov A.A. and Karimov E.N. have been visiting the Blekinge Institute of Technology (Karlskrona, Sweden).

On 28 July, 2015, the opening ceremony of MORGAN 18 “Modern Lie Group Analysis and Application” International Academic Conference was held in Shenyang Aerospace University, China. The conference attracted dozens of famous expert all over the world and more than 100 academics and students.

An open pre-defence of MSc thesis of the lab member Karimova Elena will be held  jointly with Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden on 22.05.2015 at 13:00 (Ufa time).

Title: Construction of exact solutions of one-dimensional gas dynamics equations by conservation laws.

Master's thesis was written under the joint supervision of Professor R.K. Gazizov (Ufa State Aviation Technical University, Russia) and Professor N.H. Ibragimov (Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden).

  L. V. Ovsyannikov has died at the age of 95.

Academician Lev V. Ovsyannikov - a decorated, Lenin Prize and the State Prize of the USSR, a prominent Russian scientist, who made a great contribution to the development of mechanics and applied mathematics.

         His work marked the beginning of new research directions, actively developing in our country and abroad. Results L. V. Ovsyannikova in gas dynamics, the theory of fluid motion with free boundaries in the field of mathematical justification models of continuum mechanics, have become classics. L. V. Ovsyannikov is one of the founders of the group analysis of differential equations. All of work LV Ovsyannikova featured a clear statement of the problem, elegant and rigorous mathematical apparatus. Much effort and energy LV Ovsyannikov gave scientific training at the Novosibirsk State University, he created a scientific school, well-known in the world of science.

We present our sincere condolences to his family, his friends and all those who knew him.
